Is there a way to use the TOR Browser to download .onion URLs with OEEE?

You can use the Options dialog of Offline Explorer to setup a proxy server. Enter the TOR local proxy address and port there. Then try to download from an .onion address.

Couldn't you be MORE precise ?
Like explaining in details WHERE in the menus should I enter the Tor server ? Cos' I can't find out. And your answer might have been useful to some (?) but was I'm sure useless to most. Thanks in advance.

You need to click the File tab, then Options menu item. On the left of the Options dialog you will find the Proxy Servers section.

On that section, click the Add button and select "Local TOR proxy". Click OK button to add it and another OK button to save the Options change.
